*Fundraiser being hosted by Bonfire and they will be printing and shipping all purchased items when the campaign ends on November 27. Bonfire has said all items will arrive between December 7-16.

Tree of Lights - 2021

As is our tradition, we are happy to announce our 2021 TREE OF LIGHTS! 

For just a $10 donation, you can light a red or white light on our tree!

Red Light = In honor of a pet or person
White Light = In memory of a pet or person

The fundraiser will run from November 26 to December 10 (at 5:00 pm, est). Also back this year, email a photo of the pet or person you are honoring to Your photos will be included in a daily social media posting and will be displayed at our Howliday Party on December 11.

All proceeds benefit the homeless hounds.

Howliday Party 2021

Howliday Party is back this year at a NEW location!

JOIN US for our annual Howliday Party at a new venue, Blueprint Brewing Co. at 1571 Gehman Rd, Harleysville, PA 19438 on Saturday, December 11, 2021. 

Note: This is NOT A POTLUCK as it was in past years. Instead, there will be snacks provided for free, a food truck with food available for purchase or you can bring your own food.

Sure to be filled with howliday cheer, this event includes:

  • Amazing craft beer from Blueprint Brewing Co. available for purchase
  • Fabulous food from Menagerie Foods food truck available for purchase
  • The venue is dog friendly and kid friendly
  • No admission fee
  • New TSBHR merchandise for sale
  • 2022 TSBHR Calendars for sale
  • Raffle baskets & 50/50
  • Fresh baked dog treats available for sale from Saint Rocco's Treats (they will be donating $1 from each sale to the rescue!)
  • Free individually packaged snacks
  • Crowning of the Howliday King & Queen
  • Holiday sweater/costume contest (dress your pup in their best or worst holiday attire)
  • Santa Paws Gift Exchange (bring a wrapped gift for a hound and place it under the Howliday Tree and take a gift for your own hound...keep gifts $10 or under)

Bowling for Bassets 2022

SAVE THE DATE...Bowling for Bassets is Back in 2022!

BOWLING FOR BASSETS returns this year! Join us on February 5, 2022 at Westbrook Lanes (1 Creek Road, Brooklawn, NJ 08030). Registration starts at 1:00 p.m. and bowling starts at 1:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $25 per person* and include:

  • 2 hours of bowling
  • Shoe rental
  • Pizza, snacks and soft drinks

*Kids under 5 are FREE! Tickets will be available at the door for the same price.

There will also be:

  • Raffle table
  • 50/50
  • Trophies for the winners!

Tickets: $25 (ages 5 and up, under 5 is free)
