Hermes Basset Tea Cup and Saucer

This exquisite porcelain cup and saucer are from the Hermes Paris, “Chiens courants and Chiens d’arret” line.

No longer manufactured, the set is a must have for basset and Hermes collectors. The only time the slaves observed one for sale was in a fancy store, during December of 2000, in Charleston, South Carolina. It was then priced at over $200. It is truly rare.
